Boardinghouse is a new pavilion in an architecturally closed complex of the Hotel School built in 1990. The location of the construction site creates a boundary between the residential area and the school courtyard. Therefore, the facade is made of metal sheet panels on the exterior side and wood lining on the courtyard side.
The shape of the building consists of a triad of mutually shifted wings. This shift allows natural light penetration into the internal communications while allowing visual contact with the surroundings. In the intersection of these three blocks there is a main staircase, an elevator and room for educators.
