The aim of the investor was to create an energy-saving house which is easy to maintain. Therefore, we chose a brick house with wooden roof, covered by stainless steel plates. This "packing" helps to protect the building from extreme temperatures in summer and winter months. Using stainless steel and simplification of details facilitates maintenance of the house. Overhanging roof creates
a shelter outside the main entrance and over the terrace oriented to the garden.
The interior of the house is divided lengthwise into two parts. The part oriented to the south and west has increased ceiling. In this highlighted space, we designed
a living room with dining room, kitchen and in the mezzanine, the office. The second half of the house is an intimate part of the house divided at ground floor and attic. In this section are located bedrooms, bathrooms and technical background of the house.
