Our studio was founded in 1990. In 2010 we renamed ourselves SAMarchitekti and a few young architects joined our well established agency . We created a team of experienced professionals and creative designers with original ideas. Our goal is to prove that architectural services are not an unnecessary luxury, but rather a possibility to design a high quality building while respecting the wishes of the client and his financial plan. We support the client throughout the designing project and construction.

We deal with all types of buildings, from the family home through the production hall to urban studies. We care about the quality of the project, therefore, we do complete project documentation. We manage the entire process from study design through documentation project for planning and building permits to a project for building construction. We help clients with the selection of a contractor and we supervise construction sites. Throughout the designing process, we cooperate with experts in structural analysis, heating, sanitary, electrical and fire safety.

In our proposals we mainly use natural materials and we reflect the impact on surrounding buildings and environment. We try to minimize the costs of constructing and operating the building.
